1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We currently offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

    • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days for delivery. (Cost: Free on orders over $50 | $4.99 for orders under $50)

    • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days for delivery. (Cost: $14.99)

  • Please note: All delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and Germany.

  • For other countries, please contact our customer service.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a new shipping fee will be required to resend it.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
